Walking on a forest trail on a sunny day is such a pleasure. The sun dappled ground, the beautiful trees and the fresh air are so good for the spirits. I love finding the footprints of deer, raccoons, turkeys and other small animals in the soft mud. You never know what you will see ahead.
There are many such trails like this one in the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York. Perhaps you have a similar Forest Trail where you live...

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way. This is the inspiration for my painting and most of my work depicts scenes from nature.
