Cabot Head is a point of land on the northeast tip of the Bruce Peninsula between Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. We passed the Cabot Head Lighthouse during our crossing of Georgian Bay before entering Wingfield Basin Provincial Nature Reserve to spend the night. The Cabot Head Lighthouse sits on the eastern shore of Wingfield Basin so we were able to dingy to shore and make the short hike to lighthouse and take a tour. It is brimming with history and a very nice place to visit!

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way. This is the inspiration for my painting and most of my work depicts scenes from nature. I believe in lifelong learning and love the painting process where you never stop learning and discovering new things. I hope you enjoy my paintings!
