HOLIDAY CARD - CHRISTMAS CARD: HAPPY HOLIDAYS - MOONLIGHTING
Rabbits like to frolic at dawn and dusk – the time of day when they are most active. In the winter, however, rabbits may be active at night if if there is a source of food that is tempting. Traveling at night is risky due to night predators so the rabbit in this painting is cautious about venturing down the moonlit path. Perhaps he is traveling for the holidays?
