Harbingers of Spring in a Round Design
Daffodils are a sure sign of Spring. They can appear rather suddenly. One day there are a few green stems shooting up through the ground and the next day there are beautiful, bright, yellow daffodils. Wild Daffodils "naturalize" and spread to new areas all on their own. It is a wonderful thing to come upon a new patch of daffodils in a place where they were not growing last year. It does seem like magic and they are certainly Harbingers of Spring!

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way. This is the inspiration for my painting and most of my work depicts scenes from nature.
