This painting was inspired by spending time with my grandson watching swans from a stone bridge near his home. It reminds us all to take advantage of the simple joys of life. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon!

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way. This is the inspiration for my painting and most of my work depicts scenes from nature.
