Bees and flowering plants have a wonderful symbiosis. Bees help flowers to reproduce as they spread pollen from flower to flower. Flowers provide bees with food in the form of nectar and pollen.
In my painting Welcome, the flower is open wide as if to welcome the approaching bee and so it seems an apt symbol for a logo for The Artist Buzzz – a group that welcomes so many artists to join and have a voice. The circle design represents the unity and community of this group. The word INTERSHARE used in this group is a wonderful way to describe the powerful interaction that occurs between members. Just like the Bee and the Flower – we thrive together.

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way.
