Bees and flowering plants have a wonderful symbiosis. Bees help flowers to reproduce as they spread pollen from flower to flower. Flowers provide bees with food in the form of nectar and pollen. In this painting the flower is open wide as if to Welcome the approaching bee.

I love being outdoors and seeing the beauty of nature during all seasons. I love color and the great way you feel when colors come together in just the right way. This is the inspiration for my painting and most of my work depicts scenes from nature.
