Artist's Description
Cabot Head is a point of land on the northeast tip of the Bruce Peninsula on Georgian Bay. We passed the Cabot Head Lighthouse during our crossing of Georgian Bay before entering Wingfield Basin Provincial Nature Reserve to spend the night. The Cabot Head Lighthouse sits on the eastern shore of Wingfield Basin so we were able to dingy to shore and make the short hike to lighthouse and take a tour. It is brimming with history and a very nice place to visit!
